Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Details you type into an estimate, quote or support form: name, phone number, email address, property address or city, property details such as roofline length or tree count, and any notes you write.
• Customer records for people we have installed for, so we can honour warranty and service requests.
• Basic technical information that arrives with any web request, such as the page you visited and the browser you used.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your estimate and answer your questions.
• To schedule installation, removal, maintenance and warranty visits.
• To send confirmation emails and service updates about a request you submitted.
• To keep internal records of jobs, quotes and follow-ups.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who can see it

Your details are visible to our own staff who handle estimates, scheduling and service. We use service providers for database hosting and for sending email, and they process this information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Estimate and service records are kept while your project is active and afterwards for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal records. You can ask us to delete your details when there is no open job or warranty obligation.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 925-201-6883 and we will handle it.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
