Terms of Service

Estimates and pricing

• Numbers shown by the calculators on this site are ranges based on the details you enter. They are not a final price.
• The final price is confirmed in writing after we review the property, access, roofline length, mounting style, height and any added items.
• Prices assume reasonable access to the areas being lit and a property in normal condition.

Scheduling and access

• Installation dates are reserved once confirmed with you and depend on weather and crew availability.
• You agree to provide safe access to the property, including outdoor power where the installation needs it.
• If we cannot access the property on the agreed date, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

Work at height and safety

Our crews are trained and insured for work at height. Please do not climb, adjust or remove installed lighting yourself, because doing so can be unsafe and can affect how the system performs.

Service after installation

• Seasonal packages include in-season maintenance and end-of-season removal on the schedule confirmed with you.
• If a section goes dark, a run comes loose or a storm causes damage, contact us and we will schedule a return visit.
• Damage caused by third parties, animals, storms beyond normal weather or work on the property by others is reviewed case by case.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your written quote. Work is scheduled against the terms in that quote.

Cancellation

Plans change. Tell us as early as you can if a date no longer works, especially near the busy fall season, so we can adjust the schedule or release the slot.

Photos of completed work

We sometimes photograph finished installations for our portfolio. These photos show the property exterior, never the inside of a home, and you can ask us not to photograph your property.
